I’m joyfully plunging into the world of private practice! It’s been on my mind. In my heart. Always quietly there.....

I’ve been a speech-language pathologist for 17 years (Am I really that old? and my soul STILL swells when a child imitates a word or sound for the first time. Or when a parent realizes that THEY too have the power to help their child talk.

It’s AMAZING.

But infinitely more humbling to serve others who are searching for answers.

So.... I’m starting small.

But here I am!

My specialty (and passion) is children from birth to age 5 - early intervention.

So, if you’ve ever thought.....

“My 2 year old cries and pulls me to the kitchen to get food. How do I get her to ask?”

“He’s only 2 and a half! He’s 6 months younger than my niece and she’s talking so much more “.

“No one understands what my 4 year old is saying. That’s normal for a 4 year old, .....right?”

“I just spent the weekend with my 10 month old grandson. He cried at first, ....but then was quiet the whole time. Is that normal?”
